LexisNexis UK operates a missing page request
service for subscribers to our 147 looseleaf products. As a result of filing
error or wear and tear, our customers may request replacement pages, guidecards
(plastic), title cards (cardboard) or spine labels.
If, however, you need to request a complete issue, please contact Customer
Services:
Customers are advised to use the checklist in the looseleaf title to check
whether all contents listed are present in their binders. If as a result of
making that check it appears that pages, guidecards, title cards or spine
labels are missing, please complete the form below to make a request for the
missing item. A charge may be made if a large number of pages is requested.
Once submitted the form will be received by our missing pages service who will
endeavour to fulfil your request within three weeks.
Please note when completing the form that there are several required fields
which if unfilled will not enable us to fulfil your request.
